There was a one hour interview on CNBC with Warren Buffet, the second richest man who has donated $31 billion to charity. Here are some very interesting aspects of his life:

He bought his first share at age 11 and he now regrets that he started too late!
He bought a small farm at age 14 with savings from delivering newspapers.
He still lives in the same small 3 bedroom house in mid-town Omaha, that he bought after he got married 50 years ago. He says that he has everything he needs in that house. His house does not have a wall or a fence.
He drives his own car everywhere and does not have a driver or security people around him.
He never travels by private jet, although he owns the world's largest private jet company.
His company, Berkshire Hathaway, owns 63 companies. He writes only one letter each year to the CEOs of these companies, giving them goals for the year. He never holds meetings or calls them on a regular basis.
He has given his CEO's only two rules. Rule number 1: do not lose any of your shareholder's money. Rule number 2: Do not forget rule number 1.
He does not socialize with the high society crowd. His past time after he gets home is to make himself some pop corn and watch television.
Bill Gates, the world's richest man met him for the first time only 5 years ago. Bill Gates did not think he had anything in common with Warren Buffet. So he had scheduled his meeting only for half hour. But when Gates met him, the meeting lasted for ten hours and Bill Gates became a devotee of Warren Buffet.
Warren Buffet does not carry a cell phone, nor has a computer on his desk.
His advice to young people: Stay away from credit cards and invest in yourself.

1. if no urgent call, just send sms or mms.
2. Change to limit airtime package.
3. Educate your family by making important call only.
4. Make more calls during promotion time!
5. Always use free or toll no. for any inqures.
6. Get a family or group phone bills
7. You must pay the bills on time. Don't delay to next month
8. Home line more cheaper than mobile phone. If possible try to use it.
9. Use prepaid phone system for your child. You can called them eventhough, they don't have any credit.
10. Think first and try to wait a few seconds while make any calls...

Buy cars with low cc

First thing you can do is to chose a car with lower cc. Any car that below than 1000 cc is quite cute and good. But if you find it a too smal for your family...go to below 2ooo cc. Its should be fine!

More bad news is any cars cc more than 2000 cc will suck in fuel like H2O. This not counting the higher roadtax yet. So if you do buy those big cc cars, don't complain about high fuel costs. you know you are getting into. Style, if you have not realized it yet, often cost a lot of money. A lot.

Cut your electrical bill by 10%

Every month, we received too many bills. Often, we take the bills for granted. How much your bills will take out $$$ from your pocket.
And as time goes by, as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow, the bills will creep up. Sadly, even when we see it going up, we just shrug our shoulders and accept that it is the cost of living and maintaining our house.

But wait!!.Let's cut one that bills. Your electrical bill. I have experienced that I can cut down at least 10% of my electric bills by making some simple practice. It does not take much doing but it saved me a lot of money. Some of the simple tips are listed below;

1. Turn to energy efficient light bulbs .

It just as bright light but can reduce your electric bills in the long run. The manufacturers claim the savings to be over 25%. And that's some big money right there.

2. Change to low wattage light bulbs.

Use low wattage bulbs for areas that do not need very bright lights, eg. your bathromm or stores as they are cheaper to on

3. Switch off lights when not in use

Switch off ALL electric appliances if you're going out of a room. After all, if it can reduce your bills and save more money, why not? So, please switch off anything that can save money by doing so!

4. Ceiling fans vs Air-conditioners

I'm prefer Ceiling fans, coz it very effective while being a lot cheaper to run. So whenever it is not too hot, switch on the fans instead of the air-con.

According to Consumer Reports in the US, by turning both the air-con and the
ceiling fan on, you will also save money. For example, set the air-con at 25
degrees and the fan will reduce the temp by a further two degrees. In other
words, the room now is a comfortable 23 degrees.

Which one is better? If you're high on spending money...go to debit card. It is a great way to control your spending. While credit card have a interest up to 18% a year.A debit card instantly takes money from your current or saving account(bank account). So no extra charge or no large bill at the end of the month. I'm prefer to use debit card for shoping.
